Mailbox Migration

Resurgamus Informatique performs email migrations from Outlook, Gmail, Ionos or any mail provider to hosting managed by Resurgamus, to on-premise infrastructure at your office, or to an independent cloud outside Microsoft and Google ecosystems.

Case File Migration for Law Firms

We also migrate law firm case files from professional legal software (SECIB, Lexis Nexis and others), as well as from Excel, CSV or cloud platforms, into Optimus or Nextcloud.

Support and Guidance

Resurgamus Informatique goes beyond technical operations: we assist teams during onboarding, provide continuous support, and work in direct contact with the Optimus development team to deliver constructive feedback for the evolution of the software.

Quote - Migration

Referral offer (Optimus migrations)
For a service >= 2500 EUR (data migration to Optimus only): 1 referral = 400 EUR, 2 referrals = 600 EUR, 3+ referrals = 800 EUR max (applied on the final invoice).
Referral offer (Resurgamus Backup)
For any referral leading to an annual subscription: 2 months free for the sponsor firm and 2 months free for the referred firm. Stackable, up to 12 free months max and up to EUR 180 max discount per firm per year.
You can select one or both.

Mailbox migration

Base includes: 20 GB (1 mailbox). +100 per extra 20 GB, +100 per extra mailbox. Source surcharge is per mailbox (Gmail/PST).
